You confirmed I can pay when I finish bidding, but why you placed a strik on me?
If we don’t receive the payment on the 10th day after order date, unpaid disputes will be opened automatically. And a strike will be placed on the 20th day. If you did have a difficulty on paying, please contact us to cancel the order to avoid strike.
I just noticed clicked the wrong size / style, can you change the right one？
Please allow us to cancel the order for you, can you can try to bid the right one again. In order to maintain fairness on ebay, we suggest you check the size/ style carfully before a bid
If the dress is unfit, or it is not as my image, can I return it?

When can I get the goods?

The dress is unfit, can I change to another size / style?
Honestly, we alwasy suggest buyer compare own dresses at home with the measurements on listing before a purchase. If the dress is unfit, please contact us and we will apply for a resolution for you according to circumstances.
The dress is faulty, how will you solve my problem?
We check each dress before shippment. But sometimes the fault is hard to notice. Appreciate your understanding. If possible, please show us the photo of the fault. We will show it to our manager and apply for a best resolution for you as soon as possible.
Why I haven’t received my dresses? When did you ship it?
Regular shipping time is around 2~4 weeks for air mail shipping, around 1 week for express shipping. As delilvery will be affected by many reasons, if you notice it is abnormal, please contact us and we will apply for a best resolution for you.
