Returns and Warranty Policy
At FAVI entertainment we take our customer service very seriously. We understand how important it can be to get your item fixed or exchanged in a timely manner. We are very proud of our industry leading 12 day warranty turnaround time. Any service, exchange or replacement of your product is usually completed within 12 days upon receipt of the defective/damaged product. Please note we do not honor warranties in cases where there was product mishandling or has non- shipping cosmetic damage. If you modify your product in anyway the warranty becomes null and void. We do not accept returns for any reason unless you were issued a valid return authorization number.
Shipping Damage (valid within 7 days of product receipt)
If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective please email warranty requests to info@favientertainment.com. In your email please use the subject line: Warranty Claim, reference your order number and describe the issue in detail. We typically respond to all requests within 48 hours. Please note you have 7 days to complete this request after the product has been received to be eligible for an exchange.
Labor Warranty (typically valid within 45 days of product receipt)
We will repair or exchange any defective or damaged unit. FAVI Entertainment will pay round trip shipping for claims within the USA (excludes: HI, AK, APO and USA Territories). Please email warranty requests to info@favientertainment.com. In your email please use the subject line: Warranty Claim, reference your order number and describe the issue in detail. We typically respond to all requests within 48 hours.
Please note all FAVI Entertainment warranties are considered null and void if product ownership transfers to any party outside the original customer's shipping address.
Parts Warranty (typically valid within 1 year of product receipt)
We will ship you parts needed to repair your product. FAVI will pay the cost of parts and shipping. Please email warranty requests to info@favientertainment.com. In your email please use the subject line: Warranty Claim, reference your order number and describe the issue in detail. We typically respond to all requests within 48 hours.
Please note all FAVI Entertainment warranties are considered null and void if product ownership transfers to any party outside the original customer's shipping address. All FAVI liquid crystal displays (LCD) in projectors and TVs are covered for a maximum of 45 days.
Repair Work
If your product is outside our labor and or parts warranty and you would like to have FAVI repair your product please email us at info@favientertainment.com. Please describe the issue in detail, reference your order number, date of purchase and use the email subject line: FAVI Repair Work. We typically respond to all requests within 48 hours.
Refunds
Any refund request must be sent within 14 days of product arrival to be eligible for a refund. The request must be emailed to info@favientertainment.com. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a valid RMA number. If you need an RMA number please email us at info@favientertainment.com. Your RMA number is valid for 30 days. If you return an item that has been seriously damaged or parts/accessories are missing you will be assessed a 5-25% product damage fee. We do not assess the damage fees because of a manufacturer defect or reasonable wear. If your product has been returned within 30 days of RMA issuance you will receive a full refund. We will never charge restocking fees.
