A Piece Of Mind:
(A note for all bidders)
- Before you decide to bid on any item/s, please read fully to the bottom of each item page and examine the picture closely to make sure you understand fully what you are bidding on and the total amount you be paying after auction end. Be sure you want the item/s, as I offer no return or refund, sorry. This is to avoid any unnecessary mistakes or misunderstanding that may happen. (If you unsure of something thats relate to the item/s, please ask and never assumes)
- Be sure you able to pay the total amount and on time before you click on the bid or purchase button.
- New ebayer should understand that payment must be received before item can be ship. So please make sure your payment account is readied before you bid. Please also be sure you know how to pay before bidding. (PayPal may require a waiting peroid before you can use it to pay for your purchase, check the PayPal site for details)
- Please understand that I'm not always online to provide instant response to your questions, I ask for at least 24hours for a reply to your questions.
- I will do my best to answer any of your questions. (but before you pose the question/s, it is advisable to read the item description throughfully again, you may find some answers in the description already rather than wait for my answers)
- After winning the bid, it is necessary for you to make contact with me, either by instant payment for all your item/s (if you know the total), request a total, message me for total or informing of payment send. Any of the above is a form of contact.
- You must make payment within the specified peroid on item page. (within 5 days from auction end). Ask for extension if you need more time to pay, never assume I know your problem.
- Australian may use netbank transfer, direct bank deposit, money order or PayPal. For all payment method other than PayPal , you must use your ebay id or item number as deposit description and advise of the payment sent. This is to makes identifying your payment easier and thus speedup processing your item/s. Be aware that bank transfer do takes up to 4 businese days for it to clear, I will usually confirm this once payment have clear. If you do not get a clear payment confirmation, it is advisable to check with your bank or cross reference my bank details with your deposit details in case you or the bank make errors, this will delay processing and shipping out your item/s. Only Australia Post money order is accepted and it will takes a few days for it to be received depending when you send it.
- All international bidders must use PayPal to make payment and is advisable that you let me know that the payment is made, though not as necessary.
- Unless you requested me not to, all shipping within Australia will be via Regular Posting with optional Registered Post (additional cost apply, see item description page). If you need Registered Post please advise me of this and pay the additional cost as specified. Please do not assume I know you need Registered Post even if you pay for it, you must also advise me of this. Certain item are Registered Post or Express Post by default, check item page, you may change to Regular Post, but you need to contact me for the change) To avoid parcel being lost, it is highly recommended to Registered Post your item/s.
- All international shipping will be via Air Mail (this will takes about 2 weeks) as default method. Please note that this does not include any insurance. It is advisable to insured your item/s to prevent any possible loss and/or damages that may occur during transit. You must advise me if you require insurance and pay the extra cost as specified. Any other method of shipping is not recommended, but you may enquire about it and decide for yourself if you want to, please do so before making payment.
- For item with a postage calculator link (that is no fix shipping cost provided), the total item size and total item weight is based on current packing box and packing materials available at the time when the item is listed, and may differ more or less when you receive your package. (any slight differences in postage cost will not be refunded)
- Postage is not negotiable, if you do not agreed with the cost please do not bid. The postage cost includes the cost of: packing materials, cardboard box, labels, handling charges and many other charges associated with operating the store and selling the item/s and is not just the postage alone, please understand. All excess in postage paided will not be refunded.
- All goods will be shipped with cardboard box (sometime custom made) and packing materials. Only certain small items will ship using envelope or satchel where applicable. (satchel will only be used if the item fits and does not cause major damage mainly or if you upon your request)
- Personal contribution of prepaid postage, packaging box/satchel and packing materials will not be accepted.
- All care will be taken to avoid any possible damage to goods when packing. (some items may be open for inspection prior to packing, to verify content)
- It is important that you reconfirm and provide your correct shipping address once you paid. No responsibilities is taken for shipping item/s to incorrect address unless its my part. (I will excercise all care when addressing your parcel to match your shipping address on your ebay account)
- Items purchased on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not ship until next businese day (once payment is clear and fully received with confirmation of address)
- Items purchased on public holidays will not ship until next businese day.
- Items will usually ship within 3 days after payment is received. (assuming there is no problems)
- Transit times is the responsibilities of Australia Post and/or international post office in your country and is beyond my control.
- Please paid the correct postage provided on invoice. (do not alter cost, or make up your own postage)
- If you require additional services, please advise me before your item/s ship.
- If item/s is not insured, please understand that if there is any damage/s or lost caused by delivery to parcel, then it is beyond my responsibilities. (insurance won't be included unless requested by buyer with additional cost paided).
- If you want to or require to include insurance, please add the additional amount listed on the item page to postage cost and advise me of this before your item ship.
- After your item is received, please provide your feedback for me, i will reciprocate afterward. (if you need help understanding ebay feedback system, please refer to ebay help page at: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/feedback/index.html). Avoid providing neutral or negative feedback, this will only backfire on you. If you have problems with your parcel or item/s, please let me know and we may work something out. Communication is the best key in solving any discreptancies/problems you may have.

- I'm not responsible for any duties or taxes and/or any custom problems there maybe of when goods is shipped.
- If you think you may have problem with custom or tax or problems with receiving the items in your country, please understand how to sort it out yourself before committing to buy or bid.
- I'm not resposible for any damages or lost to your parcel if you do not Registered Post (within Australia only) or Insured your item/s. (insurance is for international bidders only, some countries does not allow insured article)
- I'm not responsible for any delay during shipping. Transit times provided is approximation only and will vary between each countries.
- Be aware that your country custom department may open up your parcel for inspection and uncarefully repackage them. Item/s damages or missing due to custom cause isn't my fault, please understand. If it is insured, please do not accept the parcel, but return to your post and take photos of it to show me and advise me of this afterward.
- I won't be held responsible for shipping your item to the wrong address due to your failure to confirm or update your current shipping address on your ebay account. (all care will be excercised when addressing your parcel to match your address on ebay.)
- Please note, item/s pickup is not available. (unless where specified on item page)
- Please ensure you use your ebay id or item number as deposit description when making netbank transfer or direct bank deposit or sending a money order. This helps identify your payment and will speedup processing. Fail to do this will result in delays in processing your item/s for shipping.
- All sales are final, no refund or return is accepted please choose carefully (except for the wrong item/s shipped). If the wrong item/s is shipped, please take pictures of it and contact me and then reseal in original packing box (ensure item/s is in original condition). Exchange for the right item will be issued once your returned parcel is received, if its my fault on sending the wrong item/s, however original shipping cost will not be refunded. For more details on this, please contact me to confirm this.
- I have the right to update, amend, remove or add to the item description at any time.
- If the item condition or details is incorrect and have ended with a winning bid, I may withdraw (at my own descretion) that sale and a full refund will be issued if you already paided.
- Allmost all listing will use actual item photos. Some may use stock photos. Some will recycle pictures from previous listing. The item description will be always correct if the picture is mismatch with description.
- Items listed as 'brand new' means its retail, unopen, unused, as is if you were to buy from the shop.(this doesn't always mean its mint). Item describe as 'loose' will be used, no original packing or box. Item describe as 'excellent condition' means its either second (no box, damage to box, slight damage but still new etc), brand new condition but used. Any other item condition you not sure off, please contact me.
- I may cancel any winning bid if there is any problem that is unresolved from the winning bidder.
- For internernational bidders, all prices are in Australian dollars $AUD. Please pay in this currency only.
