(It is advisable to read before you bid)

 - By bidding on the item/s, buyer agreed to pay all necessary shipping cost as describe and set down on the item page. Postage are not negotiable (and is made up of handling fees and packing materials cost as well as postage and any other additional service such as insurance or registered post that may apply). However some discount may be given (at my own discretion) for multiple purchases or wins (usually it is cheaper for more than 1 items to ship together than individually ship). Please enquire for combine postage or request total postage once multiple items is bought or won.

- Once you bid on an item and you are the winner, you can pay straight away if you know exact postage cost. If you require to verify postage or for combine shipping cost, please wait for your revise invoice before making payment.

- Combine shipping is offered and is automatically combine if you win more than 1 item within 24hours of first transaction. Items cannot be combine after the first item have shipped or after 48hours of initial purchase. Certain oversize item/s may not be qualify for combine shipping due to size (and maybe cheaper to ship separately), you will be notify of this if that the case. Please wait for your invoice before paying to avoid incorrect postage.

- For item without fix postage, a postage calculator should be provided for your quotation on the item page itself (postage is based on your postcode for all Australian, or your country for all internationals with items details entered). Handling fees may be added on top of the quoted postage. Request assistance if you need to verify postage. Please request postage or paid the correct amount to avoid delay in processing and shipping. Item will not ship if incorrect postage is paid. 

- Full payment is expected within 5 days from the date of invoiced or auction end, unless stated otherwise, please refer to item description for exact details. Preferly do not bid if you not willing to pay for it or not sure of the description of the item. Request more details if in doubt before bidding.

- Payment not received after 7 days from date of the transaction will be reported to ebay and 'non-payment strike' will be given after 14 days (may vary more or less) from date of transaction. Any payment problems should be advise as soon as possible to avoid above action, if I accept it.

- Cancellation of winning bid due to change of mind or bid in error is not accepted. A report to ebay will apply for cancellation due to above reason and you will get an unpaid item strike. Please be sure that you can pay for the item before bidding.

- Longer payment peroid can be requested if you require (normally you have 5 businese days to pay from date of invoiced).

- Payment prefered for Australians are: netbank transfer, direct deposit or Australia Post money order. Bank details should appear on transaction checkout found on invoice, otherwise please request them if you experience problems locating it. For money order please indicate to me and request details. PayPal is accepted for those unable to use the above method or using Express postage service where payment is require to clear before shipping.

- Please indicate any extra services you choose for shipping such as Registered Post or Insurance. Even if you paid for the extra service, fail to inform me of it may result the service not included when item is ship.

- Please notify me once payment is made to avoid delay in processing and shipping. PayPal payment will automatically mark as paid (unless it is pending) once payment is cleared and received. Item will not ship if pending payment through PayPal, item will not ship till its clear.

- Please allow at least 2 businese days for payment made by bank transfer or direct deposit to clear or show up in my account. Money order will depended on when it is received and cashed (you will be notify of this).

- Items will not ship if payment is not made, unclear payment, payment yet to be shown up in my account or incorrect postage is paid. Bank transfer may takes up to 3 businese days before showing up in my account.

- PayPal method of payment only for all international bidders. All payment must be in Australian dollars $?? AUD.

- It is your responsibility to make sure your address on ebay is correct for shipping purposes. Posting details in the ebay invoice/receipt will be used to ship the item/s to. If address is incorrect, please notify me as soon as possible to avoid item shipping to wrong address. I'm not responsible for shipping item to wrong address if you fail to notify me of the incorrect address (generally the address shown on ebay invoice/receipt after item is won, will be used to ship item to). No refund or resend of item/s be given if item/s is shipped to the wrong address due to unconfirm address. All care will be taken in addressing the items to your address provided by ebay.

- Goods will usually ship within 2 businese days after full payment is received with confirmation of address. (It is advisable for new ebay user with less than 3 feedback to confirm address to me before item can be shipped even payment have been made).

- No posting will be carry out for item/s finalized on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Item paid for on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be ship next businese Monday and thereafter. No posting on weekends and public holidays, till next available businese days.

- Goods ship in Australia is basically via Regular Post only unless stated in the item description. Registered Post is optional (but highly recommended to avoid loss) and sometime is necessary for higher priced items. Other service is also available such as Express post (extra cost apply), please notify me if you require extra service. If you paid for extra service, please notify me of this or normal Regular post be used. Please refer to item description for exact shipping requirement.

- Goods ship internationally is basically via Air Mail only without insurance. Insurance is optional (but highly recommended to avoid loss and any damage on transit) and is usually compulsary for higher priced items. Though please keep in mind that insurance service is not applicable to certain countries. No responsibility be taken for lost parcel due to uninsured or unregistered posting. Tracking number and/or Express service is optional and will be included only if requested at extra cost to the buyer/bidder (usually very expensive). If you prefer additional service please contact me before item is shipped. If you already paid for additional service, please advise me of this or normal Air Mail be used. Please refer to item description for exact shipping requirement.

- Sea Mail is not an option for international bidders, unless requested or parcel have exceed maximum size for Air Mail services. Sea Mail can take up to 3 months for delivery and is not recommended for international bidders.

- Please note that it is not recommended to ship items using Satchel bags within Australia nor overseas where even if it is possible. Satchel offer no protection against damage and most items won't fit in it (it will never be used unless requested or only for certain small amount of items). Items will ship using cardboard box with sufficient protective materials. No responsibility for damage goods or loss unless parcel is insured. All care will be taken to ensure goods are well packed.

- Please do understand that i'm not responsible for any custom duties/tax or any other fees associated with the item you won, once item is shipped. It is your responsibility to find out those charge/s and your willing to pay for it if there any, before bidding.

- Transit times given (on item page or in email notification, usually when item is shipped) is approximate only and may differ slightly more or less. This is the responsibility of Australia Post and your area postal service and is beyond my control.

- All sales are final once item/s is shipped, no return or refund. Item will be checked or tested for any fault or defect and its condition verified before shipping. If the wrong item is shipped, please notify me as soon as possible. Please read item description carefully and understand what you are bidding. Any questions, please ask BEFORE bidding. By bidding, you have indicated that you have understand the product description and accepts all terms and conditions set forth here and on product page itself.

- I have the right to correct, update item information and/or pictures, remove or terminate any listing either due to error in description of the item or if the item is no longer available for purchase.

- Any item remove or ended listing that I fail to relist, may still available for purchase directly from me, if stock is still available, please ask if you interested.

- Please provide your feedback as indication of parcel receipt, once feedback is received, I will reciprocate.

- For loss parcel, or damage goods, you must notify me within 3 days of parcel receipt. Only insured parcel is qualify for the above assistance.

- Any other questions or concerns not listed above or of your own concern in rellevance to the item/s you won or interested, please enquire and do not assume. Please allow up to 2 businese days for your reply.
