Buy all your fishing gear online from Fishing Deals Australia in confidence. All items sold by Fishing Deals Australia on EBay come with a Strictly 30 Day Warranty. If there are any problems with the product purchased as mentioned below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.

In the event that there are any problems with the product purchased with this timeframe, Fishing Deals Australia will then repair or replace, at their descretion the defective product at no expense to the customer. This includes all related courier charges. Please note that we will require proof of purchase in this situation. As is standard practice for online selling, we reserve the right to inspect and assess the returned defective product first to determine the warranty required. On Ebay purchased items our standard 12 month warranty does NOT APPLY. This means that if the item purchased was received as damaged on arrival, there is a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item was sent, then please contact us immediately.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns

If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed, then a warranty return must be processed within 14 days from the shipping date.

If an item was damaged in transit, we need to be contacted within 24hrs of receipt of goods. In this situation we do require proof of the damage product via emailed photos.

All Replacements for returns due to damaged items are subject to availability and in the event that the item you purchased is no longer available, a refund will be processed.

How do I organise a Replacement?

If you have contacted us for a Faulty Return then you will be provided with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please contact us to receive this number. Once your return has been authorised, we will organise a courier to pickup the item/s from a delivery address provided (this is only if it was an incorrect item shipped - for all damaged unsaleable items they do not need to be returned). Note: Someone needs to be at the address to meet the courier.

We require that a Photo is emailed to us of the damaged item first so we can assess it and then we will gladly replace the item for you if it is warranted.

NOTE: Items will only be replaced and not refunded, unless required due to lack of replacement stock.

Refunds

No refunds, credits, exchanges or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when buying one of our items. All EBay auctions are legally binding and must be paid for in full.

If a Refund is warranted then it will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
