Question: Do you accept pickups?
Answer: Unfortunately we cannot accept pickups as we operate from a Secure Commercial Facility.
Question: Do you send items internationally?
Answer: Yes, we ship Reels/Tackle Items Internationally. We cannot send Rods or Combos Internationally.
Question: I have purchased an item from your store. When do I need to pay by?
Answer: All purchases must be completed and payment made within 5 days, by completing the checkout process. Please leave your CHECKOUT INVOICE NUMBER as a reference
when making payment by Direct Deposit or Bank Branch Deposit! Click Checkout to complete your order and make payment or click the link in the ‘Winning Bidder’ email received.
Question: Who do your send your items with?
Answer: We use Australian Air Express, Toll Logistics, Star Track Express Couriers for Australian Customers and Australia Post Internationally.
Question: Do you offer shipping discounts?
Answer: When you purchase any additional items, there will be a $4.00AUD Discount applied for Rods, Reels and Tackle items. Please see our
Shipping Section for more details.
Question: Can I combine multiple items into One Order?
Answer: Yes. Please ensure that you DON’T Complete Checkout until you have finished purchasing your items. You can then Checkout once to receive discounts on
Shipping. Please contact our sales team if you have further enquiries at Email Support
Question: Do you have insurance on orders?
Answer: Yes, for Australia customers there is an option in Checkout to add $3.30AUD for insurance. For International Customers there is a compulsory $5AUD for insurance
added to your order automatically in checkout.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order & can I track my order?
Answer: For orders within the Australia please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order. In most cases it will arrive within 3-5 working days. You can click
Track My Item to check the shipping status of your item.
NOTE: International Orders
For International orders, it may take up to 14 working days after leaving our distributions center to arrive at the destination. All International Items are sent using the Australia Postal Registered Mail Service with tracking - If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please e-mail us:
