Tax & GST
All items purchased from Fishing Deals Australia include GST and a Tax Invoice will be provided to the purchaser via email.
Liability
- Fishing Deals Australia is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
- Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item.
- Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct delivery address.
- Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again.
- By purchasing on our Store you are agreeing to all of our Terms & Conditions.
Please Note
- Customers must read and agree to the Shipping Costs, Delivery Policies, Selling Policies, Warranty & Returns from Fishing Deals Australia before purchasing.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept Pickups. All orders must be shipped.
- All freight charges are in $ Australian Dollars.
- Insurance is an option which is offered on items in Checkout for Australian Customers.
- All Australian Orders are sent via either Australian Air Express, Toll Logistics or Star Track Express couriers.
International Orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery within Australia, before contacting support. In most cases deliveries will be much quicker (4-5 business days).
- We are Not able to send Fishing Rods Internationally.
Warranty & Returns
All items sold by Fishing Deals Australia come with a 30 Day Warranty. If there are any issues as stipulated below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.
Replacements
We have a standard 30 Day Warranty policy that applies to our products purchases on our site. This means that if the item purchased was received as damaged on arrival,
there is a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item was sent, then please contact us at Email Support
and we will gladly replace the item for you.
Refunds
In the exception that a customer would like a refund for the item/s, we may offer a refund however it will incure a restocking fee of 20%. (NOTE: Initial shipping costs
& Insurance are not refundable).
In this case you will need to request a Return Authorisation Form to fill in and email back Email Support.
Once the RA form is filled in and emailed to us, we will reply with a RA Number and details of where to return the item. You can only proceed to send the item back, once we
have authorised it. Refunds/Replacements will not be given for damaged packaging.
