Shipping :
We will post your item usually within 24 hours (occasionally 48 hours) of payment receipt. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you.
If not requested or stated otherwise, packages under the value of $100 are sent via standard mail without registered post or insurance.
To combine items for posting please wait until you have bought all items (Do not checkout and make payments individually). You will receive a discount on shipping for each additional item(s) you purchase which is paid for at the same time.
Pick up from our premises to save on postage and packing is more than welcome! Please inquire.
For any of our items that we post international, unless otherwise specified, please contact us for a quote before bidding.
Payment:
Total payment must be completed in full before your order is shipped. Total amount = sale price of item(s) plus postage and handling.
All payment details will be accessible during checkout. We accept the following methods of payment: Bank Deposit, PayPal, Money Order or Cheque
Australian Buyers: When paying via our preferred method 'bank deposit' please use your eBay user ID as the reference to avoid any delays in identifying you payment.
International buyers: PayPal Only.
Please do not bid on an item unless you are willing to pay for it.
All our items are GST Free.
You will receive a full invoice along with your item.
Returns :
We will happily replace or refund any item that arrives in a faulty condition due to our error, or was not as described. But it must be returned within 30 days.
If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued by direct deposit (you will need to provide us with your details) or as a refund of your PayPal payment.
All items are sold with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if you not 100% satisfied with your item simply return it within 30 days of receiving it in original condition (or the condition you received it in) along with the invoice and we will issue a full refund. Any returns after the 30 day period will incur a 15% restocking fee, we do not accept returns after 35 days.
Shipping costs are only refundable if the return is a result of our error, when returning an item please include a copy of the invoice along with a explanation for your return.
Your invoice will act as your proof of purchase.
