Methods of payment we accept:

• Direct bank deposit (preferred). 
• Personal Check / Money order (need clearance).
• Cash on Pick up.
• Item will not ship until payment has been received in full.
• All payments made payable direct to 'Genuine Sources'. 
• All item prices include GST.
• A tax invoice will be emailed to you once your payment has been received

• Payments must be received within 5 days of auction.
• Please proceed to our secure Checkout after auction ends. Auctions without checkout could be delayed.
• There is no need to email us for payment details as they are available at the checkout.
• A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon request.  

• Our items are usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment is made
• Please complete the Checkout after winning to ensure smooth transaction
• We ship through nation wide Aus. Post services. 
• Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 working days)

• Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase the item.  If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or prelisted at the seller’s sole discretion.
• All item prices include GST. GST is separated in the invoice you receive at the checkout for your convenience.
• Genuine Sources adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.
• We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened.

• Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 10 day refund policy only if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is completely dead on arrival. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund.
• Buyer must return the item within 10 days of auction in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by us on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns without the RA number will not be accepted. Refund provided at our discretion within 10 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.

• Dispatch of goods is arranged through Australian Post services.
• Please allow up to 10-12 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker (2-3 business days)
• No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• Genuine Sources is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
• If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.
• If negative feedback is left we will deem this as a completion of our obligations and no further resolution will be offered.

All information collected will include your name, postal or email address and will be use just for our shipment and administrate purposes.
