Payment

·         Payment is required within 3 working days of the auction ending, unless discussed and agreed to before bidding.  

·         Payment is to be made via bank transfer, with banking details being made available to the winning bidder. 

·         Please be sure to include your ‘ebay’  id as a reference number or processing your payment will be delayed. 

·         Other payment methods may be used subject to our authorization please contact us before bidding and we will forward the details

Layby option (selected items only)

Gensel Technologies also offers a layby option on selected products.  For more information on layby products please contact us on layby@gensel.com.au before bidding or buying.

Shipping

Dispatch of goods is arranged by Gensel Technologies and items are sent through Australia Post or a reputable courier.

After payment please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, (most goods arrive within 3-5 days)

No weekend or after hours delivery is available.

Express postage options are available please ask for a postage quote.

Please note our prices are for capital cities only. Regional locations may vary the cost (particularly for remote locations).  Please contact us for a quote if you live outside of the above quoted postage locations.

Pick up is not available. (No exceptions)

Please contact us if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of your payment and our customer service team will investigate and respond to you within 24 hours.

Postage charge is applicable to mainland Australia and Tasmania only unless otherwise stated above. Please contact us for a postage quote if you are outside this area.

Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses not to P.O. boxes

We do not ship internationally unless specifically stated in the advertisement (International bidders MUST contact us BEFORE bidding on any items)

Feedback

Please leave positive feedback as soon as your item arrives. In the unlikely event of an issue please contact us before leaving feedback so we can resolve the issue.

We will leave positive feedback as soon as you have received your item and have left feedback. This is to confirm to us that you have received your items and the transaction is complete.

Care is taken in the above description however any errors or omissions in the item detail is unintentional. All pictures contained in this auction are for illustrative purposes only.

All items include 10% GST (where applicable) and a tax invoice can be supplied upon request.

Returns

Please read the item description carefully as no returns will be accepted for wrong decisions.  We put our ads together carefully to ensure you are given as much information as possible, should you require or wish to query information in the ad please contact us prior to bidding.

New Items will be subject to the manufactures warranty, the terms of these warranties vary from item to item.  All warranty claims for new items must be referred to the manufacturer.

DOA (dead on arrival) goods, for items in this category you must make contact with us prior to returning, if found to be faulty we will replace the item. Should the item be found ‘not faulty’ you may be charged a $50 testing fee.

Buyer is responsible for postage to return any product.  Refunds exist only in rare cases in which Gensel Technologies has approved a refund and is for the auction amount minus initial postage only. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in, including all the packaging.  Our return authorization email must be included with the product.
