Packaging:
To ensure the safety of the items, all items will be packed into elegant gift box(with foam rubber), then cover by bubble-paper and sealed by brown envelope. For environmental protection, we will simply and minimize the waste of any material. So, all items will be packed into one gift box if possible. *If you need individual package for each item, please request on your payment's note.

Item Warranty:
All products that we ship are inspected to be in good condition before shipment. Some items that carry a manufacturer's warranty which will be stated in the individual auctions. We will not responsible for items damaged during shipping. *We strongly suggest that you buy the optional shipping Registered Mail Service service.

Item Tracking for Registered Mail:
If you don't receive your Insured Merchandise 30 days after receiving our shipment notification, please kindly email us. We will file a mail tracking request on Post Office. Your Patience is highly appreciated as Post Office normally needs 1-2 months to complete the tracking process. *Once your package is confirmed LOST, we will immediately refund you via Paypal.

Return/Refund Policy:
All sales are final. Please know your measurements before place your bid. The only exception is wrong item delivery.
If you receive a wrong item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a 100% refund of your payment after you have returned the wrong item in original condition. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. *Shipping and Registered Mail & Insurance Service charges are not refundable.
