eBay page before buying or bidding on any item listed by us on
eBay. These conditions apply to all of our eBay listings and
therefore need only to be read once.

All buyers are required to read the complete eBay Listing Page for
each item before buying or bidding on that item

When you buy from us on eBay, the cost of the item as well
as the costs of eBay and PayPal services is incorporated in the
item price as required by eBay rules.

UNLESS bidding on more items,
the
winning bidder must make contact within 24hrs by completing "checkout"
(by clicking "Pay Now"). If you are bidding or intending to bid on
multiple items, do not complete checkout until you have
finished buying. Please let us know by email if you intend to
continue buying.

Information in our 'Postage
Costs' page forms part of the Auction Conditions.

We will combine postage on items ending within 7 days. If you
complete checkout and / or pay for un-combined items, we cannot
offer ANY postage discount.

Our postage,
insurance, packaging and handling costs are clearly and explicitly stated. We
will accept no dispute or argument over 'postage' costs. All
applicable postage discounts will be applied when all completed
items are combined at checkout. Postage discounts are always
applied to the lowest postage charges first. See our 'Postage
Costs'
page.

Payment is to be completed within 7 days. Normal eBay
non-payment procedures will be commenced at that time.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure that our eBay
listings are complete and correct, we cannot guarantee that
listings do not contain errors. If you find an error in a
listing, please let us know, before bidding, so that we may make
the appropriate corrections.

Notwithstanding
the above, we guarantee ONLY that all items are
as described. Descriptions of new items are according to the
manufacturers statements. Photos also
serve as part of the description and the final arbiter for used-item condition. No other warranty or
guarantee can be made. Our feedback testifies that we do not lie
about the condition of items!

We guarantee that
your item will be posted within the service time stated in the
listing, after cleared payment is received. This is
usually one business day but can be longer for relatively
expensive or low-demand items. Fast
payment - fast delivery!

All
items are packaged appropriately and with due care but Australian
Law (and that of most other countries) deems that the seller's
contractual obligations are completed once the seller has POSTED
the goods on behalf of the owner (buyer) and sellers
cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed, damaged or
lost in the mail. See our 'Postage

Postal insurance is mandatory. If your parcel is lost or damaged,
please contact us so that we can lodge a formal complaint / insurance claim with
Australia Post on your behalf. See our 'Postage
Costs' page.

The act of
leaving feedback on eBay indicates the completion or cancellation
of all contractual obligations to the full extent permitted by
Australian Law. Buyers who damage our
reputation by leaving negative or neutral feedback for our service because of
delivery delays or loss or damage caused by postal services agree
to compensate us by forfeiting their own right to any compensation,
damages or refunds to
which they may have otherwise been entitled.

We
reserve the right to, without warning or explanation,
cancel all or any bids from buyers whom we consider to have an unacceptable eBay record
or who exhibit suspicious or malicious or abusive behaviour or who
have not read and agreed to these Auction Conditions.

If you don't
understand our listing or conditions - or if you're simply not sure,
please ask! We are more than happy to answer any and all questions
but we do not accept "But-I-thoughts" after an auction has ended.

Appropriate feedback
will be left for all buyers
who have left feedback for Goodly Bits, indicating the completion of the
transaction.
