- Q) Is the item listed in original condition?
A) Any known faults with the item will be clearly listed. If no faults are listed, then to the best of our knowledge, the item is indeed in original condition.
- Payment
- Q) I have paid, when will you ship my purchase?
A) All orders are delivered to the Post Office the next business day after we confirm payment has been recieved (Public Holidays and weekends may increase clearing times depending on when you paid).
Depending on the method of payment, there may be a delay in confirmation.- Australia Post Money Order: Can take 2-10 days to arrive depending on your location and further delays could occur depending on the Postal Service.
- Bank Deposit / EFT / Online Banking (Preferred): Has been known to take 1-5 days (This appears to depend on your location if your interstate and the bank you use. eg St.George/Bank SA 1-2 days, other banks 2-4 days)
- Paypal: Should be instantaneous (unless transferring money from your bank account which can take 5-13 days with the typical time of clearance appearing to be 5-8 days)

- Q) Do you combine items for shipping?
A) Yes, when allowable, we do combine orders unless it would be cheaper (As determined by CUBIC weight within Australia) to ship seperately.
- Q) The postage you quoted does not match what I would expect to pay. I checked Australia Post's website and entered the dimensions and weight of the item which I previously checked/have a copy of. What is up with that?
A) All items are carefully packed for protection. For an accurate quote, you can not just use the dimensions/weight of the item/s, you also need the dimensions of the box that will contain your item/s, and take into account the final weight as well (Which includes such things as protective packing material, shrink wrap, tape, etc.)
In addition to this a P&H fee is added to cover the cost of materials and if you requested Registered Post, the charge associated with this service (As provided by Australia Post) is seperate from that of the postage itself and is not included in the listed postage on the box.
