HANDLING & RETURNS

We will always try to ensure your order is shipped without issue, but sadly as may happen at the best of times, issues can occur and we will do our best to assist.

However, if we do not know there is a problem, we can not help you out, so please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

  • HANDLING TIME: Orders are posted either same business day or next available business day once payment clears. This means that if your payment clears that day because you either paid over the counter at the Bank we use or via Credit Card through Paypal, we will do our best to get your order into the post the same day (Conditional to time restrictions and how pressed for time we are) However, if you pay via echeque which may take 5-12 days to clear (5-8 days seems to be the typical delay on echeques) then your order will ship within a day or two of payment clearance at that point.

    We will of course confirm shipping once payment clears our end.

  • RETURNS POLICY: All sales are final and all items are sold as is (In the event of a problem due to manufacture that we were unaware of, we will of course seek to arrange for a replacement item for you)

    As a general rule We do not accept returns (If a return is allowed, return postage is to be paid for by the buyer unless we choose to make other arrangements for the return of an item)

    We will of course exchange items we send in error at our own cost and will do everything in our power to ensure you get your order ASAP.
