Delivery

For an exact quote on shipping multiple items please email us at ebay@gymandfitness.com.au with the products that you are after and your delivery postcode for a quick and easy quote. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days from receiving payment in full, provided address or special delivery instructions were received. You will be emailed the tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping time varies depending on location and which courier company it is sent with. Rough guidelines are:

• Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast = 1-2 days
• Sydney, Melbourne = 2-3 days
• Canberra, Adelaide = 3-4 days
• Perth, Tas, Darwin = 4-9 days.

If you have any queries about when your order will arrive please use the tracking number we will provide you on dispatch and contact the freight company. If they are unable to assist you or if there are problems with shipping/delivery,(e.g. missing package) please contact us by email. Provide us your tracking number and eBay item number and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

• Delivery charges are to your premises on the ground floor
• Delivery will be with a courier company so we cannot deliver to a PO box
• Delivery to a business address between 9am-5pm is preferable
• It is your responsibility to advise us of:
  • Will someone be available to sign for delivery?
  • Is there anywhere safe it can be left if no one is home? (e.g. around the back of the house)
  • If the address is a business address, please advise the business hours and also the name of the building.
• If delivery is not successful on the first attempt the freight company will notify you, if you can pick it up from their depot. If the freight company tries to redeliver you will be charged a redelivery fee! This is why we require you to give us special instructions before we send your order out.
• We cannot advise you the exact day and time delivery will occur, HOWEVER we will email you the tracking details and the freight company contact details and they can provide you a better estimation of the time.
