How do I find out more technical information on the item I wish to bid on? |

We list all the technical specifications given to us by our manufacturers & endeavor to list as much information as possible to help you make your purchase decision. Although our team have great knowledge about the products we sell, we don't always have the expertise to answer the very detailed and technical questions we get sent by our buyers. If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. If not, we often suggest to our bidders that they do a bit of their own research on the internet. There are websites that provide a lot of technical information on a wide range of product, which can assist in your purchase decision.

How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay? |
| |
Payments can be made by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Cash, PayPal, Money Order & Bank Cheque. We will email you an invoice including freight/handling within 12-24 hours from the close of auction (during business days). When you receive our end of auction email, please proceed with payment as requested.
Please email us with your payment confirmation and/or delivery info (street address + mob number) as our couriers will need this information for delivery. | |

Can you ship multiple items together to save on the shipping? |

Yes, only on selected fitness equipment and gym equipment items. We can offer a discount (selected items only) on the shipping of each additional item paid for at the same time. You will be charged full freight for the item with the highest freight cost and each additional item will be charged at a reduced cost. Please refer back to the listing for the shipping rates for particular items.
If your items are not paid for at the same time during payment we will not be able to offer a discount. We are unable to make any exceptions. Items must be purchased under the same User ID to take advantage of the shipping discount. | |

What methods of payment do you accept? |

We prefer payment via Credit Card, PayPal or Direct Deposit as this allows us to speed up your order. We also accept Cash, Money Order & Bank Cheque. We are unable to accept BPay, Escrow or Paymate. | |

How long do I have to pay for an item? |
| |
In the listing we state that payment should be made within 3 days from the end of auction. If you require an extension or are waiting for other items to end please email us and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request. Some items are sold on a pre-sale basis, please check the listings for delivery dates. | |

Which carrier do you use to freight your parcels/items? |

We use the corporate division of Star Track Express. Star Track Express strives for prompt and safe freight right around Australia. We can deliver your items to your home or work. | |

How long before I receive my goods? |
| |
Please refer back to auction listing for more information as to when goods would be available. We ask for 15 days shipping time from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is much quicker than this. If it has been more than 15 days please email us. | |

Will I need to sign for my item on delivery? |

Yes, all items require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox or will contact you with the phone number you provide us with.

Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address? |
| |
Yes, in most cases your item can be delivered to a P.O. Box address, but please note that you will be required to sign for your parcel upon collection at your local post office and will be required to show proof of ID. Pallets & large items such as pool tables, bulky sporting, gym equipment and fitness equipment can not be delivered to a P.O. Box address. | |

Are parcels covered by transit insurance? |
| |
Transit insurance is offered on each listing, if you require this please add it to your checkout.
If you have not received your item please contact us within 30 days from the date of payment otherwise we will be unable to trace it.
We ask for 15 days shipping time from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is much quicker than this. If you have not received your item after 15 days of shipping please email us. We will then conduct an investigation with Star Track Express/Australia Post to track down your item. This can take 14 business days, but remember, your parcel is fully insured so you won't lose any money. Until we hear back from Star Track Express/Australia Post we will not be able to issue a replacement item but we will act quickly as soon as we receive the results. | |

Are Peak Fitness and Gym Equipment products covered by warranty? |

Please refer to the description on eBay for each listing as warranty terms differ from item to item. If applicable warranty is valid within Australia only. | |

Who should I contact for a warranty claim? |
| |
Please be aware if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repairer you will void any manufactures warranty. For our assistance with regards to warranty and returns please email us. Warranty is valid within Australia only. | |

Is Warranty transferable? |
| |
No, if warranty is offered this is non transferable, even on bulk lots. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions. | |

What is your Returns Policy? |
| |
We will only accept returns if the item is either DOA (dead on arrival) or damaged during freight. Please note that all goods must be checked for damage before signing slip with courier. Once you have signed for a product from the courier and you find that the item is damaged you will not be eligible for a refund and cost of returning goods will be at buyers expense.
If we are paying for an item to be returned to us, the shipping method will be at our discretion. | |

What is your Returns Policy? |

If an item needs to be returned then return postage will be at the buyer's expense, we can arrange freight with Star Track Express on behalf of the buyer and freight charge must be paid upfront. | |

What is your Refunds Policy? |

If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be issued. All refunds will be issued by cheque, D/D or PayPal.
No refunds will be issued if the item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement.
No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
