Warranty, Services and Satisfaction
All our quality products are backed by the best warranty in the business! Our basic warranty includes:
- Life time warranty on the structural frame
- 12 Months warranty on the components (cabled, pulleys, etc.)
- Excludes abuse and missuse
Returns are accepted for change of mind within 7 days of the completed listing. The item will need to be returned to the warehouse it
was dispatched from at the buyer’s expense. All returns for change of mind must be in original packaging and unassembled. These returns
will attract a 10% restocking free. No returns will be accepted if not in the original packing and if packaging or item is damaged may be
subject to a higher restocking fee. Please contact us for a return authorisation number before returning anything.
We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with
the product, simply return the item to the warehouse it was dispatched from
with a reason for the return. It must be returned in the original packaging and in
as new condition for a full refund (minus freight, eBay & paypal fees). No
satisfaction guarantee returns will be accepted if item is not in the original
packaging or if it is damage. Please contact us for a return authorisation number
before returning anything. So you can purchase now RISK FREE and if you don’t
like the product in the first 14 days, simply return it for a full refund minus the
restocking & freight fee. You have nothing to lose!
