Returns
Hercules Health Fitness Supplements will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 30 days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee). WE WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. We are not a try and buy store. Since every individual has different perception of what does and doesn't taste good, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with taste, dissatisfaction with product results, etc. Disatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card? Paypal/ Bank account.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Returns - Process
You must call us during our normal business hours for a return authorization and instructions from one of our customer service representatives prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. We do not allow any nutrition bars to be returned for credit. A return authorization must be given or we may refuse the package. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Backorders
From time to time we may experience product shortage due to high volume of sales. Most often the product is on back order from the manufacturer. We will notify you via email or phone immediately if we do not have on-hand stock to fill your order. We ask your patience in these situations. These are rare instances but can happen on occasion.

Shipment & Lost Shipment
VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We do not accept any responsibility for lost shipments and or damaged shipments. We strongly recommend customers purchase express shipping as this provides on line tracking and tracking numbers for your order.
For EXPRESS SHIPPING orders we are able to provide the most secure and safest way to ship your products to you. We offer secure shipping with Tracking Number and On-line Tracking real time. Deliveries will require a signature at point of delivery so no PO BOX please. With Express Shipping we offer the most secure and fastest way to receive your product.
If purchasing REGULAR SHIPPING pls note that there is no tracking number provided, and no online tracking and no signature at point of delivery and thus under this method there is no responsibility from us for delivery or receipt and we are unable to show any proof of delivery.
We do not provide under any circumstances refunds for late deliveries.
