Payments

Australian/NZ Buyers:

We accept both bank transfer and PayPal payments from Australian and NZ registered eBay buyers. Payments by Bank Transfer/Deposit can be made to our St George Bank account, details for this are given at check-out.

International Buyers:

We do not accept PayPal payments from International buyers. We hold domestic accounts in both the UK and US with HSBC for easy bank transfer or payment when making your purchase. Once you have made your purchase please contact us for details of our account in either the UK or US.

PayPal Payments:

We only accept payments from buyers who have Verified PayPal Accounts. A Verified Account is where PayPal have confirmed your address and credit card details, if you are unsure if your account is Verified please check with PayPal before making payment. We will only ship to the registered address listed in your PayPal payment notification please ensure that this is correct prior to purchase. Insurance is required on all purchases where PayPal is selected as the payment method.

Insurance:

Important Note: Insurance is compulsory for all purchases where PayPal is selected for payment. For all other purchases insurance is optional but recommended.

Shipping

We offer $1 shipping to all buyers in Australia or New Zealand via Registered Post. If you would prefer your item to be shipped via EMS express courier service with full online tracking this can be provided at an additional cost. Insurance is not included and where payment is made with PayPal insurance must be paid on your shipment.

We offer $1 shipping via Economy Air to all International buyers to their registered PayPal address. If you would like your item shipped via EMS express courier delivery with full online tracking this is offered at an additional cost on request. Insurance is required for all international purchases.

Please Note: Delivery will be to your eBay registered address (if payment is via Bank Deposit) or the address given in your PayPal payment notification. Please ensure these details are correct at time of purchase to avoid delivery delays and disappointment.

Import Tax/GST

Australian buyers are covered by a zero tax/GST guarentee. If for any reason you are require to pay additional taxes or GST we will refund the amount paid in full. If you are purchasing from an International location import tax is at the buyers expense please check local requirements prior to purchase. For Australian buyers proof of payment is required for refund and payment will be made to either your bank account or PayPal account within 24 hours of receipt.
