The refund is if you haven't used your shoes at all, ie no scratches, marks, the suede soles are not flattened or soiled, and they're returned within 7 business days. | | Q:Do you combine shipping? Our shipping policy is Free P&H domestically, nomatter how many pairs you buy in the one transaction.
Internationally, we charge $16 P&H for the first pair, and $5 for ever extra pair in the same parcel. | | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? | | | A:Domestically, your order should arrive within a week of your payment being cleared. As you have to put your payment through within 3 days of purchase, | | Q:How do I measure my feet to find out what my size is? | | | A:The easiest way is this:
1. Put a piece of paper on the floor that's bigger than your foot.
2. Step on it, draw a line where your heel ends, and draw a line where your toe ends.
3. measure the distance (cm) between the two lines, and this is the size of your foot.
