| Q:What does "Do not safe drop" mean? |
|
| A:All items shipped to street addresses will be marked with an Australia Post "DO NOT SAFE DROP" sticker. This means that if you are not home to take delivery, the postie will take the item to your local Post Office for collection. |
| Q:What is your preferred method of payment? |
|
| A:I prefer bank deposit. Paypal is also accepted but not the first preference due to the additional fees. Money Order/Bank Cheques are also accepted but shipment of purchases may be delayed as with the exception of the Xmas period, I only empty my PO Box once or twice a week. |
| Q:What method of posting do you use? |
|
| A:Unless an item is too large or heavy, I use Australia Post satchels.
Express Post is listed as the first preference for assurance of safe delivery. You can opt to take Registered Post for insurance purposes or opt to take only Regular Post. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post especially if Regular Post is selected. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Items sold as "new" can be returned for a merchandise credit or refund of the purchase price only (excluding p&h) but only if the item is proved to be faulty. Subject to stock availability, a replacement item may be offered - p&h charges may apply.
No refund, credit or replacement is possible on any items sold as "used" |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, please wait for my adjusted ebay account. This may be as low as $1.50 for each additional item, subject to weight & size restrictions.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I try to have items shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Some items may take longer. The rest is up to Australia Post.
Express Post is recommended if you require your purchase urgently. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:This charge is dependant on the weight & size of the item. Please see individual listings for details. Please email me for a quote if unsure. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Only specific items are shipped internationally due to the more expensive postage charges. |
| Q:Do you leave feedback for buyers? |
|
| A:Absolutely. I do wait for your feedback first to know that you've received your purchase & that everything is OK. After your feedback is received, I will respond with appropriate feedback. |
| Q:Can you add a buy-it-now price? |
|
| A:On most items, if requested, I am happy to add a buy-it-now price. Unfortunately this is not possible if a bid has already been placed on the item. |
| Q:What if I want more than one of an item? |
|
| A:If you wish to purchase more than one of a specific item or the same item in an additional size or colour, please email me. After your successful bid on the first item, a buy-it-now auction just for you can be created for the additional item or items. |
| Q:If I miss an auction end & the item didn't sell - will you relist it? |
|
| A:In the majority of cases, all unsold items will be relisted. If you are after a specific item, please email me & I will be happy to list it with an agreed buy-it-now price for you. |
