Postage and Shipping Costs
All orders are posted by Airmail International Registered Post. P&H is $7.00 AUD for first item. Every extra item is another $2 AUD.Insurance is an optional extra, but advisable for purchases which total more than $50 AUD.
Preferred payment to be made in Australian currency by Direct Bank Deposit, or Paypal.
P&H includes the cost of packaging materials, packing, handling, postage and International postal Registration.
We post within 2 business days of receiving your payment, and generally you can expect to receive your package within 7-14 days of posting. Some countries do take longer, however. You will be notified of the expected time frame at the time of posting your package.
Terms of Payment Payment for your order is required within 7 days once an item is purchased, or “won” by auction. Please contact us if a problem occurs and payment cannot be made within that time, to re-negotiate payment terms. Items that have not been paid for, or terms not re-negotiated within 7 days of purchase, will be re-listed for sale/auction, and a non-payment dispute will be lodged. Please do not bid or place an order if you are not able / willing to meet these terms.
Returns Items can be returned for the following reasons:
- Damaged in transit
- Item is not what was ordered, or expected.
- You do not like the item
- Other reason - just let Josephine Clare know!
If you wish to return your item:
1) Email Josephine Clare within 7 days of receiving item to obtain return mailing address (choice of Australian or Thailand postal address).
2) Return item to Josephine Clare by post within 14 days of receiving item.
3) Items that are returned because of damage will be replaced by Josephine Clare with the same item (or other item of equivalent value - your choice - if out of stock).
4) Items that are returned for other reasons will be credited for the same value against any other item in stock with Josephine Clare.
5) Return postage to Josephine Clare is to be covered by purchaser (except in the case of items damaged in transit, or an incorrect order).
6) Josephine Clare will post the replacement item to you within 2 business days of receiving the returned item, and will cover the expense of postage for all replacement items.
7) If you prefer, Josephine Clare will credit your account with the value of the returned item to be used toward any future purchase from Josephine Clare.
