Postage and Packaging Costs:

The total cost for postage and packaging is clearly stated on all my listings, and will naturally vary from item to item, depending on the size and weight of the resulting package as well as its destination. I always take great care with packaging and use bubble-wrap, void-fill, padded envelopes and protective cardboard and/or boxes where ever necessary.

I am more than happy to combine shop purchases and auction wins which finish within 7 days of each other and will always try to offer the most economical postage method available. If you would like an exact quote prior to purchasing, please email me with the Item Numbers you are interested in, along with either your Australian postcode or country of destination, and I will provide you with a cost for combined shipping.

I always offer the option of Registered Post (with appropriate insurance included) for Australian customers, and International Insured Post for overseas buyers. This option is not compulsory but is highly recommended for items with a value of $50.00 or more. All care is taken in packaging, and naturally I will assist with any necessary claims for loss or damage through Australia Post, but ultimately I cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.

A Note on Express Post for Australian Customers:

I have a special business contract with Australia Post which allows me to obtain "oversized" Express Post satchels at a competitive price. This means that many of my larger and heavier items can be sent via Express for the same or an even lower cost than sending them via Regular mail, as you might have noticed in some of my listings. It also means that I can send items which wouldn't fit in a normal sized satchel via Express Post for an economical price, and allows greater scope for combining items in the one oversized satchel. If an item does not have an Express Post price quoted in the listing, it means that it is simply too large to fit in even an oversized satchel. I will still be happy to provide a quote for Express Post on these items, but please bear in mind that this quickly becomes expensive for heavy/bulky items.

Shortly after the close of each auction or store purchase, I will send you an eBay Invoice. Please contact me within 3 days to confirm that you have received this information, so that I know there are no communication or email problems.

Payment must be received within 10 days, unless otherwise arranged prior to purchasing.

Australian Buyers: Payment by Direct Bank Deposit is preferred but I am happy to receive payments via PayPal or PayMate as well. Please note, if you wish to pay via PayPal, either Registered or Express Post is compulsory. Australia Post money orders and personal/business/bank cheques (cleared before shipping) are also accepted.

International Buyers: Payment using either PayPal or PayMate is preferred and must be made in Australian dollars. Major credit cards can be accepted via either of these payment options. International money orders, cheques and bank deposits must also be drawn in Australian dollars as I cannot accept overseas money orders or cheques drawn in a foreign (non AU$) currency. Please note, it is advisable to find out what fees might be charged by your bank or financial services provider for sending international money orders, cheques or telegraphic transfers.

A Note on Multiple Item Purchases:

For multiple item purchases, please wait for me to send you an eBay Invoice with combined shipping costs. Otherwise eBay will simply add all the shipping amounts together, and this amount is almost always too high. I process invoices as soon as I can, but please request a total from me once you're done shopping for faster service.

Despatch and Shipping:

Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your payment. I try to send all packages out on the same day payment is received, but sometimes there may be a slight delay of a day or two. If you have chosen Express Post and I receive your payment by 12.00 noon on a business day, then I guarantee your package will be sent that same afternoon. Express Post payments received on a weekend, public holiday, or after 12.00 noon will be sent the next available business day.

Delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping method as well as your location. Within Australia, Express Post should arrive within 1-3 days, while Regular/Registered Post can take up to 2 weeks. International parcels can take 1-3 weeks, depending on where they are going. If your item hasn't arrived within these time frames, please let me know.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

Please read all of the information in each listing carefully. I will cheerfully offer either a replacement or full refund if the item you receive is faulty or different than described - but not if you misread a listing, or if you simply change your mind.

Please contact me if there is a problem with your purchase and I will do my best to resolve it. Refunds and replacements may require the return of the item and its original packaging within 7 days of receipt, so please be prompt in letting me know of any issues. Naturally, in the case of faulty or incorrectly described items, your return postage costs will also be fully refunded.
