| A:Yes, you can pick the items up at our retail store. You must make pick-up arrangements by emailing us or calling us before coming to the store. Most items are not on our retail floor and the sales people do not interact with the eBay sales. If you just show up the person you will talk to will have no idea what you bought, if it was paid for, etc. |

| A:We will assist you in shipping your vehicle you purchased from us, but we do not ship unless it is within 100 miles of our retail store. We ask that you make shipping arrangements yourself. eBay offers some good shipping sources. Please contact our sales department with any vehicle shipping questions. |

| A:We normally stock a range of sizes and colors. Check our eBay store also or search on our auction page. If you can't find it email us and we can check our inventory for you and tell you if it is available. |

| A:If you are purchasing one of our items on eBay or in our eBay store, the item will be here on hand. Rare occasions our inventory could be off and we will have to special order the item for you if it is available. If it is no longer available then we will return your payment. |

| A:Yes. Combined shipping is based on the total weight and size of the package. When you want us to combine shipping, please make all your purchases then request a invoice on check out. We will update your order and send you a updated invoice with combined shipping. |

| A:Most of our sales are shipped the same day for purchases made during EST business hours Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
