Buyer Pays for postage. LIGHT UP MY LIFE only charges actual postage or courier costs. There are no addtional charges for packing or handling.

We use Australia Post, TNT road express or Fastway couriers - and post by the cheapest method to get your order to you.

We use Australia Post eParcel or eParcel express (signature required)  for most smaller items under 20kg or less than 105cm long.

All items are checked prior to posting. No responsibility is accepted for damage caused in transit.

For larger parcels, including those over 20kg or longer than 105cm we use TNT road express. Insurance is available if requested.

Stage lighting has a 12 month return to base parts and labour warranty for faulty parts or workmanship. There is no warranty on lamps.
