"Let's Bling It!" is only sell the highest quality of merchandise. We use an extremely strong adhesive but, occasionally from normal use, some crystals may fall off. We offer a 6 months warranty for crystal loss on any fully crystallized cases. (Warranty does not include products under $49.95) You can send your phone or cases back to us with a cheque or money order for AU$8.95 / AU$24.95 International to cover shipping and we will replace any crystals free of charge. We do not fix any broken cases, only loss of crystals. (if no cheque/money order is included with product, we do not ship product back until we receive payment) This warranty is good for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Let's Crystal It is not responsible for merchandise that is sent back that is not included in the warranty or merchandise that is sent without the return shipping fee. All packages that do not meet the warranty criteria will be refused.

We recommend using a tracking method & Insurance. Let's Bling It! is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. ( Please pack product in box with bubble wrap).
