Delivery Information
We
guarantee to get your order to the post office within 48hrs of receipt
of your payment (Mon-Fri).
However in reality 99% of orders are actually sent within 24 hours
(Mon-Fri). If you need an order dispatched the same day please call 01481 823939
before about 10:30am, ask if same day dispatch is available, and pay by card.
With the standard shipping we use Royal Mail first class (UK), or Airmail
(international).
With the expedited shipping we use Royal Mail Special Delivery™ (UK orders), which guarantees delivery next working day before 1.00pm ie the next day after we take it to the post office. For Worldwide expedited delivery, we use a priority handling and registered delivery service
called International Signed For
