Parcels shipped out by Lollyworld to Australian addresses will have online tracking and will require a signature by the addressee.
Please keep an eye out for your parcel or a pickup slip in the mail. A pick up slip is left if the delivery could not be left safely at your address and your parcel is awaiting you at your local Post Office. To pick up from the Post Office will require ID for proof of addressee.
Orders are shipped as soon as payment has been received. In the case of items being out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the shortfall. We can offer a similar product or refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
