Postage & Returns Information
Unless you are certain of the postage costs for your order, please email me prior to going through the checkout and I will confirm the postage costs for you. Postage costs are detailed in the item description as it varies per glass type.
After you make your purchase, I will invoice you with the correct postage, so please do not go to checkouts until I have invoiced you.
I will carefully wrap and box your glassware in thick corregated cardboard boxes so that it arrives safely. If there are any breakages, please email me immediately with a photo of the damaged items so I can replace your broken items if you are happy to pay for the postage.
Please choose your purchases carefully as I do not refund any item unless it is damaged during delivery. Please ask questions prior to purchasing if you have any questions.
