Q: What happns if my package goes missing?
A:Within Australia, packages with the value of up to $50 can be claimed as missing through Australia Post, this amount can be refnuded once the process has been followed through with Australia Post.
All buyers now are required to pay insurance of $1.50 on every item, this is not registered post, but simplay coverage in case your package goes missing.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Of course we do. We understand how expensive postage can be and how much money you save on postage by buying multiple items. Please wait for us to re-issue you with an invoice if you want combined postage, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE CHECKOUT.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: I usually post from Thursday to Saturday. Please allow up to 14 days for items to arrive.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Postage depends on weight/size of the package and where it is being sent. Almost all of our listings have postage listed so that you don't get a shock after the listing ends. It also makes the whole transaction quicker for both of us.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We sure do and we try to find the cheapest postage options for you. We prefer to use airmail becuase you get your items much quicker.
Q: Do you express post items?
A: No, due to my work commitments, I cannot make it to the post office everyday and therefore cannot express post items |
