We offer a 7 day exchange service*. If you wish to exchange your item for another size in the same style, simply return the item in the original box within 7 days. Please enclose a note with your name, address, eBay ID and size required together with a return 3kg express post satchel. If the size you require is not available you may choose another style of equal value from our listings. *All items returned must be unworn and the inner or outer soles not have any visible marks from having been tried on.
Refunds will only be given where the item is faulty or defective. However, all items are carefully inspected & quality checked prior to shipping. In order to request a return for a faulty or defective item please contact us for a return authorisation.
