M8R8 provides high end quality products, which are now being offered at fantastic Value and a very affordable price to the buying public. In order to provide this service to our customers, we ask all customers to understand & abide by our payment terms & conditions set forth below. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required when placing your order. The manufacturing process will start once you have placed your order and a deposit payment has been made. Choosing a different fabric or altering sizes will change the appearance of the design and the feel of the design’s seating area and therefore cannot be compared to the showroom display design. M8R8 will not take responsibility if you do not like the appearance of your order once it has been modified to your specifications
*please note – M8R8 cannot guarantee that the colour of any of our products will be displayed accurately on your monitor. Therefore, although we do our best to accurately reflect colours of products on the website we are not liable for any colour variation from that viewed to that received.
PRODUCTION TIME & PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS
- The standard manufacturing process takes between 4 to 6 weeks. This time is given to you as a guide only and is subject to change at any time.
- M8R8 will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control including out of stock or discontinued materials, transport difficulties, and staff problems.
- Delays in fabric availability are a common occurrence. If the fabrics you have chosen are out of stock for long periods of time or discontinued you can either wait for out of stock fabrics or select another fabric to the same value as your order.
- Full payment is required before we can release the goods to you
- Goods may be inspected on completion at our warehouse located at Unit 21, 46-50 Wellington Rd, South Granville NSW Weekdays on appointment,
- Full payment is due within 7 days of receiving notice that your order is ready for despatch
- Direct payments into our bank account require 1-2 working days clearance prior to releasing the goods for delivery.
- A storage fee of $30 per day will apply to all orders that are stored 7 days from the date you are advised your order is ready.
- All goods remain the property of M8R8 until paid in full.
WARRANTY
M8R8 “1 year leather warranty and 3 years framework warranty” applies only to items used under normal household conditions. Whether a claim is covered under the warranty will have to be established on a case by case basis.
DISCLAIMER
M8R8 reserves the right to make updates and/or corrections to product information and policies without prior notice. Orders that have already been processed will not be affected by any changes in policy or product information. M8R8 reserves the discretion and the right to refuse to fulfill any orders. The user of the M8R8 web site assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of this server, and the internet in general.
DELIVERY
You are responsible for double checking your spaces and measurements as M8R8 will not take responsibility for incorrect sizing or furniture that cannot be delivered into or moved within the premises.
RETURN POLICY
Here at M8R8, we strive to create a positive and stress free Buying experience for you.
Not Satisfied with your purchase (Sofas NOT defective)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a full refund within “7” days of receipt. We will gladly refund your original purchase amount (less delivery costs), or process an exchange for you. We also ask that you pay the return delivery charges. Please notify us if you are planning to return an item to ensure proper tracking and timely refund.
Important: delivery fees are non-refundable.
Please allow “3” business days for us to process your return. The item must be returned in saleable condition. If there's anything that makes you not satisfied, please feel free to contact us through service@m8r8au.com
Sofas are defective
If your sofa is defective after normal use within our warranty period, M8R8 will investigate case by case, and decide whether a replacement or a full refund is offered. Proof of the defects needs to be supplied such as photos or videos.
