I did not bid on this item or I accidentally bid on this item, do I have to pay for it?
We realize that mistakes do occur. Either you bid on the wrong item or someone other than you, a child perhaps, bid an item without your consent. We will make every effort to work with you to resolve the issue. In most cases, a re-stocking fee will be charged.
Please remember that a Your Bid is a Binding Contract. Per eBay, you are legally bound to pay for the item if you are the winning bidder. There are several steps that have to be taken to place a bid. This is not a one-click process. Each time a bid is placed, eBay displays the following text.
Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding.
There are four options to consider if a customer makes a bidding error.
1) The customer may purchase the item.
2) The customer may choose and bid on and win an alternate item from our ebay store.
3) The customer may choose to neither buy the item nor choose an alternate item. In this case a re listing fee is applicable. The re listing fee depends on the amount the item sold for.
To pay the re listing fee with direct deposit, please contact +61 484 383351. The re listing fee is the only way we can recover our fees charged to us from ebay. Once the re listing fee is paid positive feedback is left for the customer and any Non Paying Bidder warnings will be removed.
4) Option four is the last resort. The customer may not want either of the previous options. In this case the only way we can recover our fees from ebay is to file a Non Paying Bidder (NPB) complaint with ebay.
Can you end this auction and sell to me off of eBay?
Unfortunately, we cannot. This is a violation of eBay seller rules.
If I buy multiple items, can I get a discount?
We don't discount prices or winning bids for multiple items. We do however discount shipping for multiple items. This is done automatically at checkout.
What is the Buy It Now Price?
If there is not Buy It Now Price displayed, then the item cannot be bought using the Buy It Now. The item will be sold using a standard auction.
