Incorrect Item Received

If you have received the incorrect product, please call +61 424 383351 within two (2) business days, and we will either replace the product, or refund your full purchase price.

Inadvertent Misrepresentation

If you feel that we have misrepresented an item, please call +61 424 383351 to make arrangements for a return. Once we receive the product, we will re-evaluate the item, and determine if there in fact was a listing error. If an error was made on our part, we will issue a full refund within 48 hours of receipt of the item.
