Most items normally take a minimum of 5-10 BUSINESS days to get to us before they can be shipped or picked up (It is not normally longer than this but can sometimes be less, depending on a number of factors effecting delivery of stock from our warehouse). Please note that by "business days" we mean Mon-Fri. and not including weekends or Public Holidays. ******************************************* We ship orders right away once the stock arrives and e-mail you to let you know. We always do our best to get your lights to you as soon as we can, but the process cannot be sped up, so please order well in advance of booking your electrician. Orders are in a queue and we are not able to influence the order of despatch from the warehouse. This system helps us to continue to keep our costs down to allow the great prices we are able to offer you.
