INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  PAY PAL only.

Insurance 

Insurance is highly recommended for purchases over $50.

Within Australia:   costs only an extra $3.00. 

FREE Reg.Post when you purchase $100 (P&H excluded).

Outside Australia:  costs $8.00 for the first $100 value then $2.50 per extra $100.

FREE International insurance when you purchase $300 (P&H excluded).

Note:  If you are eligible for Free postage and/or Free insurance and you have already paid for it, I will refund via paypal.

Delivery Time

We ship out most of our items within 48 hours of your payment.

Refunds, replacements, lost items and returns

Full Refund/Replacement: Only if item is faulty or damaged due to faulty packaging.

Broken items:  We take the utmost care to pack all items, please pay for Reg. post or insurance for breakable items like ceramics. 

Lost items:  Please be aware I can not be held responsible if you have not paid for Reg. post or insurance.

Change of mind:  If you just change your mind, you will have to send the item(s) in original packaging and pay for the postage and Reg.post/insurance to send the item back to us.  Once we receive the item in good condition we will refund what you paid for the item but postage is not refundable. 

We will refund your money back or give you a merchandise credit, as you prefer.
