When you receive your item, in order to enjoy it at it best, we advice you to view your new item with these criterias :
- Gemstones almost always contain inclusion (this includes fine cracks),
- Hand made settings will never be as perfect as a machined setting,
- Some imperfections do not appear on photos,
- Imperfection on a gemstone are usualy what makes it so unique, its own “beauty/character”.
We indicate in each of our listings page: the size, the weight, the name of the stone and the nature of the stone (natural or not).
Please note that our items are handmade and they are fragile.
We guarantee that our gemstones are product of nature (except if stated differently in listing page).
We run a series of test in order to get the real identity of certain stones and especially with precious stones. Also, we have a expert in gemology in our team.
All our items are certified and stamped sterling silver or gold as stated in listing page. Please note that silver tarnishes.
If you are not satisfied or if you haven’t received your item(s)…Here are some guarantees you item(s) is guaranteed for.
At 7 days (from date you receive your item) :
Full refund (item + delivery + return delivery)
Reasons:
- A listing mistake (wrong size, wrong weight, title is different than listing or photos are not the same top and middle page)
- Your item has been damaged during postage.
90 days (after date we receive your payment)
Full refund (item + delivery + return delivery)
Reasons :
- Your insured item is still not arrived
- Your item had a manufacturing fault (sometimes item shows faulty after a period of time)
Natural damage is not considerated as a manufacturing fault.
If you are not satisfied of your item : only the item purchased will be refund to you.
What is the return policy ?
Return policy involves any items which are returned to us (exchange, refundable items, etc…).
Return policy procedure:
1. We must be contacted before any item sent back to us.
2. We should receive the returned item in it original state (except when faulty items), no refund will be made if it has been used, damaged, scratched and/or broken (during return procedure)
3. You are responsible for the return postage (except if it is for a faulty item)
4. The item must be return within 7 days (90 days if it is for a fault item) from the date you have received the item, and after contacting us
5. The item must be protected with a padded envelope or any package that will protect item during postage (envelope for cd is not appropriate), please avoid staking items on top of each other in envelope – Original envelope for returning item accepted.
6. You must indicate your user name and the item number with returned item(s).

I am a natural gem set in sterling silver and I am fragile – Avoid contact with soap and chemical product as it can deteriorate me – Perfume is bad for me – Try not to wear me when you do gardening or sport activities – I can get scratches or break easily when I hit other material – My sterling silver setting is a soft material and I loose some after time to time – Quite regularly, I like to be in contact with sterling silver polishing cloth- I like soapy warm bath and being brush gently when I am very dirty – I do like ultra-sound cleaners – I like to remain in my pouch when I am not worn – I do like to be stack with another item or being too tight in my box.
