What are Pre Sales Items?

Sometimes Marquez will offer items for purchase before they arrive in our warehouse. If an item is offered as a pre-sale it will be clearly marked in the listing. These items are already on their way to our warehouse, and our estimated time for delivery is based on an expected delivery date to you.

How do I Pay for a Pre Sale item?

Pre Sale auctions and purchases are the same as any other eBay purchase. They must be paid for in full as soon as possible. Marquez allows up to 7 days for payments.

Why sell before the items can be shipped?

Sometimes our items are already sold out before they arrive, due to wholesale demand. We get lots of emails from customers about instruments that we sometimes cannot supply, so we offer them early to you. Sometimes we will need to clear space in our warehouse quickly, and need to ship product out the door as soon as it arrives by container, so pre sales help us do this!

Can I combine pre sale items with others?

Pre sale items can be combined, but they must then all be shipped together, when the pre sale item has arrived. If you do not want to wait for your other products, email us at sales@marquez-music.com and we can ship your orders separately (separate shipping costs are charged)
