We will try our best to delivery your goods as soon as we can.
Normally, your parcel will be dispatched in 24 hours when payment's confirmed. Depending on your location, the delivery time will be around 1-8 business days in every city of Australia and 7-15 working days outside Australia.This delivery time frame is used as a general guideline only. Please note that delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods. sometimes it may take a little longer,due to local dispatch delay or other reasons, please allow sufficient time for delivery and only contact us if you have not received an item after 20 business days(Within Australia) or 30 Business days(Outside Australia).
Regular postages (including air mail) can not be tracked.
Please use insuranced post if insurance against loss or damage is required. We are not responsible for any loss, damage and missing content after dispatch for any uninsured articles. If you do not leave proper reference when you make payment by bank deposit, we can't identify you, delivery may be delayed.
