Due to the high incidence of International card fraud we are unable to accept credit / debit cards for payment. We accept International Money Orders, Bank Cheques and Direct Deposit into our bank account via Telegraphic Transfer/Wire/Bank Draft.
Please remember all payments must be made out in Australian dollars or you will be charged extra for bank fees. DO NOT, for instance, send us standard U.S. Postal Money Orders or personal bank cheques (checks).

Freight Information
Please mail, fax, telephone or email us for a quote including shipping. Export orders are shipped FEDEX INTNL PRIORITY / REGISTERED INSURED AIRMAIL / BAXGLOBAL . Smaller items such as spare parts & manuals are sent via Airmail , unless the customer chooses to use a courier service. Please be aware that large items attract considerable shipping costs. We use Mcphee or Australia Post within Australia. We recommend that all items should be insured by you as a precaution to loss or damage. This can be organized by Melmusic at extremely reasonable rates. Tracking numbers for freight will be supplied upon request. Melmusic takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for items lost or damaged by freight companies . FEDEX is our preferred choice of carrier.
