Returns Policy
Warranty: All our products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty periods vary from the basic 12 months up to 5 years on some products.
Goods found to be faulty on arrival must be returned to us within 7 days in
their original undamaged packaging.
Melmusic does not offer any refunds except where we are unable to replace an
item; otherwise items will be replaced with a similar item. (with the purchaser's
approval).
Buyers must obtain an authority for return prior
to returning the item.
Returned items found not to be faulty will be returned at the buyers

Damage in Transit: All our items are
sent Registered and Insured by Australia Post. If an item is damaged
in transit the buyer must fill out the appropriate transit damage form at their
local post office. (when the item was delivered
by Australia Post)
Please note: If you have not received your item within 10 days it is possible
that you were not in attendance when delivery was attempted. Before calling
us please contact your local Post Office to ensure that they are not holding
your goods for collection.
Item return is not accepted unless the item was found to be faulty on arrival
or substantially different than described in the item listing.
We will always put more effort and priority into reaching an agreeable solution
where the buyer has not left negative feedback as we believe that the ability
of a seller to work through any after-sales problem is an important part of
the overall standing of the seller.
It is our desire to maintain a base of customers that are happy with their
