TRADING TERMS
1. General
1.1 Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice.
1.2 While a great deal of effort is put into ensuring accuracy of the information we provide, we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or omissions.
2. Orders
2.1 Please choose carefully before buying, as all sales are final, and no refunds, credits or exchanges can be given.
2.2 We accept payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque or PayPal. Payment is required prior to shipment and must be made within 7 days of placing an order.
3. Delivery
3.1 Customers must provide a delivery address attended during normal business hours by an adult authorised to sign for the shipment.
3.2 Delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to availability of stock. Any claim regarding a delivery must be received within 7 days of that delivery.
4. Warranty and Returns
4.1 Unless noted otherwise all products carry a 12 month return to manufacturer warranty. In the event a product becomes faulty during the warranty period customers should contact the manufacturer or local agent to arrange repair or replacement under the terms of the manufacturer warranty.
4.2 Goods can be returned if they are incorrect or faulty on arrival. Customers wishing to return an item must first contact email@melbournepos.com within 7 days of date of delivery for instructions.
4.3 Customers returning a product as faulty, that is found to be in working order, will be charged for all freight costs at our normal freight charges, a service fee for testing the product may also apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused by goods supplied by us or as a result of services provided by us, nor will we be liable for failure to fulfil our obligations, or for delays in delivery, due to causes beyond our reasonable business control.
6. eBay Feedback
6.1 We will leave feedback for you when you acknowledge receipt of your item and have left appropriate feedback for us. If you believe there is a problem with anything we have supplied you, please let us know before leaving feedback.
