At this time, Motorcycle Safety Store ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico but not to Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or any other US Territories. Motorcycle Safety Store also ships internationally to some countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
US Orders - Continental United States
Motorcycle Safety Store ships all US orders using a variety of shipping carriers. All packages are insured for their full retail value. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order, and in the case of Express shipping services, the location being shipped to. Orders over $150 qualify for Free Standard (Best Way) Shipping.
US Orders - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Armed Forces (APO/FPO)
Motorcycle Safety Store ships all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Armed Forces (APO/FPO) locations via Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. Orders over $150 qualify for Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping.
US Orders - Expedited Shipping
Motorcycle Safety Store offers Overnight Shipping Services to the continental United States only. Expedited shipping costs are based on the Expedited Shipping Service chosen, the total weight of the order, and the location the order is being shipped to. Free Shipping for orders over $150 does not apply to expedited shipping methods. Saturday delivery is not included in Expedited Shipping Rates. If you would like a quote for Expedited Shipping Services with Saturday delivery, please call us, toll-free, 1-866-496-3184.
International Orders
Motorcycle Safety Store ships all International orders via USPS First Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express Mail International (EMS). Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and the destination of the shipment. All packages are insured for their full retail value. Free shipping for orders over $150 does not apply to any International orders.
Your order may be subject to brokerage fees, VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Motorcycle Safety Store ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the brokerage fees, VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict, nor control, what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If you refuse delivery on a package, or if a package is returned to us, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any outstanding duties, fees, tariffs or taxes.
