| A:Yes you are able to collect most products form our stores as long as we have them in our stock. For products that have shipping included a discount will not be provided if collected. |

| A:We can take payment over the phone using a credit card, or you can direct deposit the funds into our account or pay using Paypal |

| A:A majority of our products are stocked by us and are shipped direct. We do have some suppliers that we drop ship from. |

| A:We ship products everyday. If payment is received before 2.30 pm the item will be shipped that day. These are for items we carry in our own inventory. |

| A:Products can be returned between 3 to 7 days depending on the product. Each listed item has the return policy listed for it. The return policy is also applicable to products that state they can be returned |
