Seller does not accept any responsibility for items lost by Australia Post. All parcels are posted within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. All care is taken when sending items, so that they reach you in as described condition. To date we have had one item go missing via post, and hence, we strongly recommend Registered Post options so that we can trace the item for you. This is only a recommended option, and hence the choice is yours.
