 | A: Most items may be returned within 3 days of receiving it from us. Please contact us prior to returning it to notify us of the return. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping/handling fees will not be refunded, only the actual price of the item being returned will be refunded. |

 | A: Yes we do combine shipping on most of our items. When you purchase multiple items from us we will box them together, weigh them and get an accurate shipping and handling amount for you.  | A: We will ship your items out usually within 2 business days through USPS. In the event of a weekend or a holiday the item or items will be mailed on the first available day after it. |

 | A: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight and cost in packaging the items. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: We do ship internationally, check out the shipping section of the listing to see if your country is represented. If it is not then send us an email requesting a quote. |
 | Q: How do I know what the shipping charges will be? |

 | A: Go to the bottom of the listing page and under the shipping section there will usually be a shipping calculator. Enter your country and zip code if applicable and it should give you a rate, if not, contact us and we will send you an email letting you know what it will be to you. |
 | Q: Do you ship to an address other than my own? |

 | A: Yes, we can ship to another address, we know that our customers often buy items as gifts for others in other states and countries, just let us know where it is to go when you make your payment. |
 | Q: When is payment expected? |

 | A: We expect payment immediately after you have completed the buy it now or at the end of the auction. If items are not paid for within 7 days we will relist them and open a non-paying bidder dispute with Ebay. |
 | Q: What forms of payment do you accept? |

 | A: We only accept payments through Paypal at this time. You may use your balance from your Paypal account, an e-check from your checking account or a major credit card through your Paypal account. We no longer accept money orders, cashier checks or personal checks. |
 | Q: Do your items ever go on sale or get reduced in price? |

 | A: Yes, we are always looking at our prices and adjusting them accordingly. We also run sales that will give a percent discount on several items in our store. |
 | Q: What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? |
 |
 | A: Contact us right away and we will try to make it right. Sometimes we make a mistake and ship the incorrect item, we will make it right. If you simply do not want the item, you may return it for a refund within 3 days or receiving it. You will be responsible for all shipping costs but will get a refund for the actual price of your item. |
 | Q: Do you leave feedback for your buyers? |

 | A: Yes, we consider the transaction complete once the buyer has either contacted us to let us know their item arrived safely to them or they have left us feedback. Once either of these has occured we will leave they feedback accordingly. |

 | A: We set our own pricing and standards for our store, we do not match a competators pricing. |
