Postage and Packaging Information

Mysts-of-Tyme Textile Books & More is part of the Australia Post E-Parcel system. The main advantage of this to our Australian customers is that each and every parcel is trackable without the need to pay for additional insurance. Of course you can still insure your parcel if you prefer but it is not necessary just for trackability. You can track your own parcel via the Australia Post website (www.eparcel.com.au) with the number that can be provided to you after your parcel is on its way - simply request this by email or we can track the parcel for you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this trackability to our overseas customers as eparcel does not include foreign parcels. Customers in countries other than Australia will have their parcels shipped via regular Australia Post and insurance is available if required. You can request a postage and packaging quote before bidding or before an auction/listing ends.

• Pay no more than $10.00 p&p within Australia no matter how many items you buy
• Within Australia all parcels under 500g are $6.50 p&p
• Within Australia extra insurance is $1.00 on all parcels if required
• All parcels within Australia are trackable without insurance
• Express postage is available on request
• Parcels are sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment (except weekends)
• Speedy delivery
• All parcels are sent in a padded bubble wrap bag and, if softcover, include a piece of stiffening card for extra protection
