Like many things NZ Naturals TM began to fill a need, and became an outreach from the heart.
The NaturDermTM product line has gained world-wide recognition - We introducted our products into the AustralAsian-NewZealand market nearly 2 years ago, and the response has been overwhelming! We are currently setting up our Australian offices to better serve your needs. Until then, we will be shipping products from our New Zealand office.
What do you do when you know the product you want, it just doesn't exist ... yet! That is the dilemma our founder was in 7 years ago! Our founder, Amy Merwin, is a RN and was looking for a product that would impact the skin on a new level. She knew microdermabrasion was the answer - she just couldn't afford the pricey treatments. At that time at home microdermabrasion products in the USA were nearly non-existent. The few that did exist were full of harmful ingredients. She didn't like the idea of removing all that dead skin and then putting unhealthy ingredients deep within the pores of the skin.On top of it all, her daughter, a professional model in New York City with flawless skin, was told she had to have microdermabrasion to be able to compete in the top city in the world for models due to the clarity and translucence microdermabrasion gave to the skin. The other kids in the family, and Amy were struggling with acne and hormonal acne. Nothing their father, who is an MD, nor their grandfather, who is a Dermatologist, gave them for their skin made the difference that Epidermx made. So now, doubly focused they were thrust into action, found the right people and did it themselves! They sure didn't expect their little product would ignite a global grass roots explosion! Now their customers include moms, dads, kids, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Naturopathic Doctors, Spas, estheticians, as well as models, agents, actors and broadcasters with top world companies such as: FORD, ELITE, Wilhelmina, Womens, CBS. ABC, NBC and FOX news!
Now, Amy and her team of PhD bio and cosmetic chemists, Naturopathic doctors (ND), Medical Doctors (MD), and estheticians are taking their company to the next level. NaturDermTM is the culmination of 7 years of effort, research and formulation. NaturDermTM products are produced in a 167,000 sq.ft. cGMP certified, FDA approved manufacturing facility with full Research and Development and Quality Control. Small controlled batches are filled in dual sterilized containers with tamper proof seals, including tester products. All NaturDermTM products are formulated without silicones, synthetic waxes, irritating excess preservatives, clogging ingredients, and artificial color and fragrance. All NaturDermTM products are hydrophilic balanced with an anti-aging pH (4.5 - 5.1) to insure product mildness and stability and to promote skin health. NaturDermTM products are about weightless hydration, skin firmness, skin clarity, translucence, and products that perform multiple functions to streamline skin care regimens.
We have been involved in health, preventative medicine and beauty collectively for over 4 decades, promoting information is not new to us. We found out we are not alone in our quest for products that really do have the good without the bad.
Our products are free of artificial colors, artificial fragrance, waxes, synthetic clogging ingredients, irritating excess preservatives and other harmful ingredients. We do not offer products that test on animals. Our products are developed for sensitive-skin types and are non-comedogenic. Our office hours are: Tuesdays - Thursdays 10-4pm NZ and Fridays 10-noon NZ.
Please note we must receive payment notification before 10 am MST on Friday for shipment on Friday. Payment notification received after 10 am MST on Friday will be processed the next business day, Tuesday (exception being holiday or vacation days).
Our office is closed Friday after noon (NZ time), Saturday, Sunday and Monday, as well as all Australia and New Zealand holiday dates, and vacation times. Orders placed on those dates will be processed the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you, and we appreciate your understanding.
All shipments are processed the same day if we receive payment notification of your order by noon NZ time. Order notifications received after noon, are processed the following business day. This includes order notifications received on Fridays, or days that fall on a holiday, or vacation date. We will send you an email verification upon receipt of your payment, and upon shipment. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for loss of communication should our email be returned to us due to your email spam blocking program.
Until our Australia office is operational, all shipments are through the New Zealand Postal System, or FedEx , if you have a FedEx account.
Please make sure your email address and shipping address are valid. Orders are processed thru our PayPal history, and verified with our PayPal notification email. On occasion, the PayPal system, "burps". You pay, and we do not receive notification, nor does your payment appear in our history until weeks later. We send one email upon notification of receipt of payment, and shipment. If you have paid, and do not hear from us within 2 business days (with the exception of holidays and vacation days), please contact us! Please note, we are not responsible for miscommunication due to full email boxes, or spam protection programs; we do not participate in link-email validation. Thank you.
We are not responsible for non-delivery. Once your order has been shipped, all risk of loss remains with the buyer. Fortunately problems are rare. Thank you!

You must email us within 14 days of the purchase date.
All returns must be accompanied by a written explanation of your return, the original invoice and documentation of payment. A refund, or instore credit will be issued within 15 days of our receipt of your returned purchase. Please note, shipping and handling fees are not eligible for reimbursement.
