Are your products natural?
We try to use all natural ingredients in our products where possible however in some cases where it is impractical to use all natural ingredients, for example short shelf life, we use naturally derived ingredients.
Do your products contain any harmful cosmetic ingredients?
Unlike most mainstream cosmetic products we avoid the use of SLS’s, petrochemicals and other synthetic ingredients by using natural and naturally derived alternatives.
We do not use the following harmful ingredients in our products:
- Acetone
- AHAs (Alpha-hydroxy-acids)
- Alcohol denat
- BHT
- Benzaldehyde
- Benzyl acetate
- Benzophenones
- Carbomer
- Collagen
- DIA or DEA(Diethanolamine)
- Cocamide-DEA
- EDTA (ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid)
- Ethanol
- Formaldehyde
- Imidazolidinyl Urea
- Nitosamines
- Petrolatum - (Vaseline)
- Propylene
- SLES (Sodium laureth sulphate)
- SLS (Sodium lauryl sulphate)
- Talc
Are your products tested on animals?
We only test our products on humans. Ourselves, our friends, family and associates are our testers.
Are your products Australian made and owned?
All of our products, with the exception of the accessories, are Australian made. Rejuvenate is owned and operated solely in Australia.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Depending on the products they can generally last up to 12 months, however shelf life depends largely on the storage and care of the products.
SHIPPING/POSTAGE
Where are you located?
We are located in Melbourne, Australia and ship products almost anywhere within Australia.
What are the postage/shipping costs?
We use Australia Post for all orders. The shipping cost is determined by several factors including the number of packages required to ship your order, their weight and the delivery location. If you purchase multiple items from us we can combine them into one shipment to minimise postage costs. Please let us know when purchasing that you intend to purchase additional items.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No, we will only ship within Australia.
How long does it take to ship within Australia?
We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Depending on your location Australia Post can then take up to 10 days to deliver your products. For metropolitan areas this is usually 2-5 business days.
How will my products be packaged and sent to me?
Packaging depends on the size of your order. Medium to large orders will be sent in one or more cardboard packing boxes of varying sizes with environmentally friendly filling. Small orders are sometimes sent in a postage bag lined with bubble wrap. All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post.
