In the unlikely or accidental event that an item description is incorrect we will offer a full refund excluding return post. However, we may also at our discretion offer compensation for the buyers consideration.

Delivery:
- All items delivered by Australia Post have the option for registered post available, whether implied in the listing or not.
- Send us a message prior to payment if you wish to use registered post.
- Note: We use automated message response and this automation does not have the intelligence to determine if an item includes registration.

If registered post is not used and the item is lost or damaged in transit you will not be entitled to any refund.

If registered post is used it is the buyers responsibility to communicate with the Postal Service in the event of a delay or mishap.

Delivery times are quoted from the postal or courier service. We do not have control on this and sometime delays do occur.

Once the item has left our premises the buyers assumes all responsibility of the delivery.

Take a photo of the package prior to opening if you suspect it has had a rough trip, also take a photo of the item while still inside the box (if possible), this will save many hassles in making subsequent claims.
- Warranty and Returns

Items have no warranty or Satisfaction policy unless stated in the listing.

Items with a "Return if not satisfied" policy must be returned complete and in the same condition as received. Packaging must be opened neatly to allow resale of item. If the item is not returned complete and in original condition NetCad will return the item to the buyer at the buyers expense.

If an item under warranty fails, NetCad must be informed prior to returning the item. NetCad will advise where item is to be be shipped and if there are any special instructions.
- The costs of returning the faulty goods is not refundable.

NetCad may choose to do one of the following:

If an item is returned as faulty and found not faulty the buyer must pay return shipping costs.

Some larger items are not packaged prior to shipment as many customer select pickup. Figures used are estimates only and the final courier fee may vary. Therefore allow a plus or minus 10% for delivery costs. The courier booking will not be finalised until delivery costs are paid in full. We will refund the difference if the courier fee is less than stated.

Negative feedback will automatically void warranty.
- Stock Levels
- Sometimes items run out. In the event that an item is sold and turns up out of stock all moneys will be refunded and the transaction will be cancelled.
- A similar product may also be offered with the agreement of the buyer required.
